You should definitely live here! Apartments are very nice and secure. Quiet place to live and quick access to all things downtown. Highly recommended!

Modern style apartments with upgraded appliances and spacious floor plans. You also are within walking distance of some excellent dining and drinks. On top of it all, Rockford Property Management quickly takes care of you if/when there is an issue at hand. A must see if apartment hunting!

We couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised by and impressed with Barley Flats. I was blown away by the management and maintenance here; they are amazing! It is a very quiet and clean community. I’ve only ever heard my neighbors a handful of times. The walls are thick, and if I didn’t know better, I would think we didn’t have any neighbors at all. It was best apartment I have ever lived in by a long shot, and if we weren’t moving states, we would be renewing our lease!

When moving here you’re almost certain to get an amazing staff who looks out for their tenants. Maintenance is snappy with requests and this is actually my first apartment where you don’t hear any footsteps upstairs which is a huge plus. The entire apartment gives me a hotel vibe and they take so much care of the appearance of this apartment. Moving here was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. If you’re interested in moving here, make it easy on yourself and pull the trigger!
